The Challenge
A commercial property management firm operating across multiple properties had no formal sourcing or vendor management processes. Purchasing decisions were made ad-hoc by individual property managers with no centralized visibility, inconsistent pricing, and no framework for evaluating or managing vendor performance.
Our Approach
We developed sourcing and vendor management processes from the ground up, including a centralized vendor registry, standardized RFP templates for recurring spend categories, evaluation criteria for vendor selection, and an ongoing performance tracking framework to support portfolio-wide operations.
Results
Established a structured procurement function where none existed. The client now operates with consistent vendor evaluation standards, centralized spend visibility across all properties, and a repeatable sourcing process for new vendor engagements.
